Carrot salad
This salad helps to detoxify the body; you can accompany it with whatever you want or use it for one or two days to detoxify your body. It is also recommended to eat when you have a respiratory system illness. You can have this salad instead of your regular meal in the summer to help remove excess mucus.
Ingredients
3 cups of shredded carrots
One handful of basil
Two medium tomatoes (without seeds)
3/4 to 1 cup celery, well cooked and seasoned with rosemary, oregano, and cilantro
Olive oil
Oregano
rosemary (optional)
Cilantro
Lemon
Salt and pepper
Mix everything in a bowl
You can accompany it with your favorite foods or you can eat it alone as a light dinner.
