Walk

Studies show that it increases mood and creativity. If your condition is not very good, you can start with 10 minutes a day and increase by 5 or 10 minutes every week.

Drink hot water or tea throughout the day.

Hot water is like an elixir of health in traditional medicines. Drinking hot water helps detoxify the body and improve your metabolism. The amount of water you drink is not as important as how often you drink. Try to take a few warm or hot water sips every half hour. You can add a few drops of lemon and a pinch of pink salt to keep you hydrated.

Eliminate or reduce empty calorie foods
The following foods only make you fat and contribute little to your health: Processed foods, sodas, alcoholic beverages, bottled juices, sweets, sugar, fried foods, and bread. Also, if you eat these foods at the beginning of the day, you will have more cravings and eat more than you need.


Eat at least one cup of vegetables with all your meals.

Let your digestive system rest
