Dinacharya-Daily Routine
Ayurveda considers that some hours of the day are better for some activities than others. For example, some people who do cardio at night will feel full of energy, and it will be difficult for them to go to sleep; however, if they do it in the morning, they will have the energy to do their daily activities.
Here are some suggestions based on the principles of Ayurveda, which classifies everything that exists in the universe as Vata, Pitta, and Kapha; Day hours are no exception.
